We developed and delivered, over 10 years, a series of workshops acrosss Canada to over 1000 managers and their direct reports on how to manage their own and others' performance. Sessions focused on:

  • developing performance goals and objectives that were aligned with the organization's goals and strategies
  • coaching for peak performance
  • assessing and discussing performance
  • job development and career planning

This program was instrumental in making SMART objective setting part of the corporate culture.
