Setting SMART Goals and Objectives PDF Print E-mail
Written by Chris Hutcheson
As the Chesire Cat said to Alice "If you don't know where you're going then any direction will do."

SMART performance goals and objectives:
  • clearly describe and quantify desired results, and performance of competencies involved in execution - what needs to be done, and how it will be achieved
  • are directly aligned with work unit and organizational goals and objectives
  • set out criteria for success and define how results will be measured
This 1/2 day workshop will help you define specifically how what you do contributes to deparment and organizational goals. Using this information and quick reference tools and resources, you'll develop and receive feedback on at least one individual SMART performance objective.

This program has been developed exclusively for in-house delivery. We can deliver the program to your audience, or certify your facilitators to deliver the program themselves.
